Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shopeveva. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and obligations when shopping with us.

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for most products. However, the following items are exempt from this right:

  • Custom-Made or Made-to-Order Products: Items that are produced specifically for you after your order is placed, including garments made on-demand.
  • Sealed Goods: Such as underwear or hygiene products, if unsealed after delivery.
  • Digital Products: Where the download has begun.

As our garments are made-to-order, cancellations and returns are not permitted unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at shop.eveva@outlook.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The item is faulty, damaged during shipping, or not as described.
  • You contacted us within the required timeframe (48 hours for damages, 14 days for other issues).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable).

Return Process

Returns are not accepted for custom-made or made-to-order items unless faulty.
For eligible returns:

  1. Contact us at shop.eveva@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Items must be in their original, unused condition and returned within 14 days after approval.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged. Use a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size, please place a new order after following the return process (if eligible).
